Q. How do I get to the hotel?
A. The nearest station is Nippori Station which is 1-minute walk away, accessible via JR Yamanote Line, JR Keihin Tohoku Line, JR Joban Line, and Keisei Line. For the detailed directions, please refer to our Destination Guide.

Q. What is the check-in and check-out time?
A. Check-in starts from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.

Q. I booked a room with breakfast included. Where do I have breakfast?
A. Breakfast will be a buffet-style that comes in 30 different dishes and 10 different kinds of beverages. You can enjoy it between 07:00 ~ 10:00 at our French Restaurant Serio located on the 1st floor.

Q. What are the room facilities and amenities?
A. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi and LAN cable, TV, refrigerator, phone, washlet, hair dryer, electric kettle with tea set, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, razor blade, cotton pad and buds, hair brush, bath and face towels, slippers and night gowns.

Q. Can I pay with credit card?
A. Yes you can. The accepted types of credit card are VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, UC, DC, Saison, 銀聯.

Q. Do you have parking lot?
A. We have a multistory parking that holds maximum 30 cars. (size limit: maximum length 575cm/ width185cm/ height 155cm). Guests with room reservation can park with JPY 2000/car/night, for restaurant visitors you can use 3 hours for free (your dining fee should be JPY 1000+).  Is there anything else we haven't answered to your question?
